Milk Chocolate, Hazelnut, Turbinado Sugar, Caramel

This medium roast tastes excellent in the cup with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, turbinado sugar, and sweet cream. While this coffee works great as a brewed coffee, this is one of our favorites to use for espresso as it consistently produces a shot with a syrupy body, thick crema, and lasting sweetness.

More Details

The Parceiros do Café is a very approachable, but nuanced coffee that works well in all brewing applications. Like many other quality coffees from Cerrado Mineiro, this coffee is extremely sweet with mild acidity and a creamy body.

This exclusive lot comes from producers in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil. This lot is fully traceable as part of the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program. Coffees certified with the Designation of Origin are grown on farms in an area encompassing 55 municipalities that produce coffees with a unique identity, resulting from the combination of climate, soil, terrain, elevation, and the “know-how” of producers. The producers belong to one of nine cooperatives or six associations affiliated with the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation, have signed a statement of good practices in accordance with Brazilian labor laws, and store coffee in accredited warehouses post-harvest.

Impact:

Each container of Parceiros do Café is traceable back to the farms where it was grown through a QR code linking to an online profile compiled prior to shipping the coffee. Parceiros do Café is transparently certified as part of the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program.
