We are searching for a kitchen manager that has a high level of organizational skills and can lead a team of staff members. Our kitchen manager will maintain a close relationship with the owners to help cultivate a smooth-running operation. Our manager will assist in preparing food with kitchen staff during rushes, lead training sessions with new hires, and maintain inventory. This position will require knowledge of food health and safety measures. Expect a moderate to a fast-paced environment and a collaborative team of really fun people.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of staff members • Memorizing Origin’s food menu • Making menu items at a high level of execution • Maintaining a clean and organized environment • Maintaining & ordering inventory • Operating kitchen equipment • Training new staff members • Helping team members maintain quality and high standards • Miscellaneous shop related tasks
